It is a myth that all recruitment advertising is bought at ratecard, in fact for many years agencies have been able to negotiate from ratecard.
This then raises the question: does the client get the benefit of any or all of the negotiated discounts?
One of our guiding principles is to buy transparently across all titles - in short all our clients pay what we pay.We will look to negotiate on all business - if we can achieve a discount and/or provide added value on position or additional titles then we will do this at all times.
